Return the product to us at your own cost, unless the item is faulty on arrival.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
5. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 3-year warranty on devices purchased from us, covering mechanical faults.

The warranty starts from the date of purchase.

If a covered fault occurs within this period, we will repair or replace the device free of charge.
The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills, impact damage).

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.

Cosmetic wear and tear.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items on Arrival
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
